Refund policy

Due to the custom nature of our products, Stitched Magnolia does not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at stitchedmagnolia@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund to your original payment method.
