Turnaround Time & Rush Fees

Turnaround time begins after payment is received and all details are approved. All orders are processed during business hours: Monday–Friday, 10AM–5PM CST. Weekends and holidays are not included.

DTF Items

  • 1–3 business days
  • Same-day printing available on printing days at no extra charge
  • Same-day printing on a non-printing day: $10 rush fee

Graphic Tees

  • 5–7 business days

Embroidered Items

  • 2–3 weeks (may vary per season)
  • Weekends and holidays are not included
  • Adding a simple name to an approved brought-in item: 2–5 days

Rush Options

Embroidered Items: Rush fee of $20 per item. Rush availability is limited and by approval only.

DTF Prints: Same-day printing when available on printing days. Same-day printing on a non-printing day: $10 rush fee.

Custom Item & Application Policy

To ensure quality, consistency, and fairness for all customers, the following policies are in place:

Children's Items (By Approval Only)

  • I may accept customer-provided items for children only
  • All items must be approved prior to drop-off
  • Gerber brand onesies are NOT accepted for embroidery or appliqué due to fabric quality

Appliqué & Sequin Patches

  • Any appliqué or sequin patch application must be done on items supplied by me
  • This allows me to guarantee durability, appearance, and proper adhesion

Customer-Provided Items (Limited Cases)

  • If I approve an item to be brought in for embroidery, patch application, or pressing, I am NOT liable for damage, defects, or item failure caused by embroidery machines, heat presses, or fabric limitations
  • No refunds or replacements on customer-provided items

DTF Application on Customer Items

  • Select items may be approved for DTF application
  • Pressing fees: Small design — $8 per item | Large design — $10 per item

Hats

  • Hats may no longer be brought in
  • All hats must be purchased through me to ensure proper fit, structure, and embroidery quality

  • DTF shirts: Adults starting at $22 | Children starting at $18
  • DTF sweatshirts: $30
  • DTF hoodies: $40

Logos & File Creation

  • Logo stitch-out: $5 setup + $1 per 1,000 stitches
  • Embroidery file: $35
  • Print-ready file: $20–$25

🤍 All pricing listed reflects starting rates. Final pricing may vary based on garment type, design detail, stitch count, and customization. ½ payment required to secure your order. Orders are not placed without payment.
