DTF transfer orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Rush options are available if you need your order sooner—just reach out to us before placing your order!

What are the shipping times for graphic tees and apparel?

Graphic tees and apparel orders ship within 1–5 business days depending on the style and customization. We use quality blanks from brands like Comfort Colors, Bella Canvas, Gildan, Blanks Boutique, and ARB Blanks.

How long does custom embroidery take?

Custom embroidery orders take approximately 2–3 weeks since each piece is carefully made in house. We appreciate your patience—the quality is worth the wait!

What is your return or exchange policy?

Because all of our items are custom made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us and we will do our best to make it right.

What file format do I need for custom DTF transfers?

All submitted graphics must be print quality—minimum 300 dpi in PNG format. Lower quality graphics and screenshots do not print well and cannot be used. Please double-check your file before uploading!

What hat brands and styles do you offer?

We commonly work with The Game, Otto, Richardson, Adams, and various trucker styles. If you have a specific brand or style in mind, feel free to ask and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
